Freak Flag

I am so happy that my mom purchased this makeup kit for Blynn (do you hear the sarcasm, because it is really thick so I'm hoping it translates). It is, of course, only the brightest colors of blue, purple, red, and hot pink. Every once in awhile, she will come out of the bathroom with this on. She gets nothing but praise and compliments for it though as I don't want to squash her artistic expression. I told her that she really captured rule number one to makeup application which is making it look so natural that someone can hardly tell you are wearing it, all while enhancing your features. Sadly enough, this picture does not show how bright it really was, the flash took some of that away. I am a firm believer in allowing someones freak flag to fly every once in awhile, ex: bright makeup, costumes to public places not in the month of October, mismatched shoes, crazy unmatched outfits, bright pink streak in your hair, etc.
