I found out a couple of weeks ago at the United counter in Colorado Springs that my license is expired. I would like to say that the night before I went to the DMV, Todd was violently sick and we were up for most of the night. So I went the next morning down to the DMV to get my license renewed and I was wearing secondary pajamas and a hat, and I looked puffy, tired, and just plain awful. I explained my situation to the lady at the counter and in a concerned voice she stated, "Ma'am, you are going to have to take a picture with this renewal, would you like to come back another time?" Well, thank you, but no, I don't want to come back another time. This is the only time in my life that I am free to come down here. "You will have to take off your hat." Yes, I gathered that. I was just relieved that I wasn't going to have to take a test. Now for your viewing pleasure, I release my new picture.

I read the entire blog with GREAT anticipation, using the art of delay of gratification taught to me in freshman Psyc., I slowly scrolled down to see the picture unfold. I am crying laughing. Your rather annoyed look, and what looks like toddler pony-tails-even though your hair is not in a pony-tail. thank you for sending this. I was really hoping you would. Hey, you look tan though. :)
