Todd and I have wanted chickens for awhile. One of the many projects we would like to accomplish out here on the farm. We'll see how long it takes us to get it done. So much research involved. Maybe Easter would be a good goal.

Speaking of roosters... we have one. Well, actually it is a chicken and it inhabited our property for 2 days. The kids loved it but we don't know where he went. (you're welcome coyotes)

There are roosters and there are hens. How do you know its not a rooster?
Don't call me out on my ranching knowledge, because I don't know anything. And the reason I don't know anything is because you wouldn't answer my 5 million questions when I was growing up.
